Richard Carter – Builder
Richard brings to Ariki a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has been building for over 20 years and has worked in many areas of the industry, from light commercial to kitchen installation and top end residential work.
He served his apprenticeship with an “old school chippy”, a real tradesmen rarely seen today, and ensures all Ariki homes are built to the same exacting standards.
It is because of this that Ariki receives praise from clients and peers alike for quality and excellence of workmanship in their homes.
Richard is committed to keeping Ariki at the forefront of the building industry by making homes that are smarter and more sustainable.
Donna Carter – Project Manager
As project manager for Ariki Donna works alongside Richard to ensure every aspect of the project is on time, on budget and running smoothly.
She is the single point of contact throughout the whole process, liasing with councils, engineers, architects, contractors and all third parties.
Donna focuses on the bigger picture and ensures Ariki customers are well informed evey step of the way.
