Some of the common questions asked regarding the sites are:

1) What is happening to the farmland directly behind the sites and will it be subdivided in the future? This land is owned and farmed by a local Maori family and there are no plans to subdivide.

2) Do the sites have Municipal water supply? Yes all the sites are on town water with trickle feed, which means they will all require water tanks. These can be buried and landscaped making them unobtrusive.

3) Will the sites require septic tanks? Yes, septic tanks are required we use an Enviro System by Kiwi Green which is biodegradable and environmentally friendly. This is the system approved fo use in this development.
